These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tile Connect app (the "App"), which is provided by owner ("we" or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to the App

We may update or change the App from time to time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of the App, at any time without liability to you or any third party.

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:

  • computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the App for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

    • If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

    User Content

    The App may allow you to upload or submit content, including but not limited to feedback, reviews, comments, and suggestions ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any User Content that you post on or in connection with the App.

    You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights in and to any User Content and to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by the App and these Terms.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

    Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
